Follow the link zerozen00 provides. He is very helpful in his guide. I have had to contact them in the past, but I will say that waiting profits a man none.

I received a victory pack but no commendation pack. It's a bummer that I don't have it yet and I'm sure that they're trying to fix it on a mass level so that's what I'm waiting for. People waiting to talk to support and people who already have are just stalling the community fix and putting themselves in front of the line. On the other hand, maybe they don't care about fixing it for everyone all together and just fixing it for the people who do call in and complain. Here in US TX patiently waiting and hoping it gets fixed for all patrons of the Mass Effect Universe. Thanks!

What's really needed is a fix for the problem, which deprives some people of receiving the packs. Contacting EA support is fine, but it does not solve the cause of the issue. And the latter, sadly, does not seem to bother BioWare.

Contact us on the EA site is still down but if you have a facebook account you can try messaging them on their facebook page. I just did but I don't know if it will get me anything or not but I am tired of this not being fixed, and being unable to even try to resolve the issue with the contact buttons being offline since tuesday.

And it's outrageous that we have to contact support in order to get our frickin' packs. if BW can't give us our packs after we fulfill the stated requirements for getting them, they should just stop with the weekend events until they have a more accurate way of ensuring that everyone who participated and fulfilled these requirements gets their damn packs.

I have an xbox and an ipad- when i contact livechat it doesn't support ipad ios. Very disappointing that one of the most widely used platforms in the world would not be supported, even if it is not a playing platform.

I got all my packs by Tuesday although not all at once, I recieved the Victory pack first and then the next day inbetween games the store showed that it had "new" items.

Mine still hadnt arrived today, so I declared "Enough is enough!" and contacted tech support via Live chat (the link which was provided) and maybe 5 minutes later I am now sporting a lvl 1 N7 Crusader. So, yeah EA seems to have some serious technical issues going on.
