Well, if the packs STILL hasnt arrived at this point then I'd suggest contacting EA's Tech Support and have them give you the pack/packs (depending on how many you lack) manually.

This just in: I just got off live chat with an EA support person and he said that although he would like to process my request to give me my missing Victory Pack, due to the fact that the event has already closed, he is unable to give me the pack. So anyone that hasn't gotten one of your packs by now is SOL.

Did they have a server rollback or something? I noticed today that at least one of the MP toons I had promoted is back at lvl 20. No victory or comm pack...Seriously, these weekends are just not worth participating in. To much hassle, not enough fun, and it's taking forever just to get a single pack, the game will be long forgotten by the time I get enough packs to have all the N7 weapons unlocked to lvl 10.

Hey I promoted three classes and did not get my commendation pack come on bioware your killing me. This is the second event I do the squad challenge and nothing. Also I have my feedback on in my options menu so...

 How you email EA, when I go to EA help there is no way to contact them cause the 3 choices are whited out and no way to click on them.I been going there since Monday night with no luck.

I got the victory pack, but not the commendation pack. Or whichever pack you get for promoting 3 chars. Who do I contact about the missing pack?  And please put a link for where to go or write the email address.  Don't simply say contact ea.

They seem to be having trouble with the victory packs. I, too, haven't received it. I did contact EA, they did e-mail me back saying they've acknowledged my claim and fixed it (last weekend), but my profile of content still doesn't show it and I still haven't gotten it. Guess I'll have to harrass them again if nothing turns up by the weekend.

Patience is not a virtue. I was just told by EA Help through Origin Live Chat that I would not be getting either pack because I waited to long to ask about them. Yeah...I revert back to my previous...these weekends are just not worth bothering with. The packs are constantly screwed up.

That is bull on EA's part. Someone at EA had said the packs would come in by this Tuesday. We didn't get them, so they should have atleast given us the package to correct their mistake. Instead, they punish us.

Never got my commendation pack. I guess costumer service incursions are now part of the Weekend challenges. Want your packs, use the chat with costumer service option the day after...if you don't bother, you might as well skipped the weekend challenge completely.

It's surprising they haven't been able to program bug-free automatic rewards when requirements have been met, using a timed trigger. It's as if they actually need to manually activate packs for players.These packs trouble is so widespread it really speaks volumes on how the multi-player platform was rushed into service.

What do you mean the multiplayer platform was rushed? The whole game was rushed. Did you know that it was originally intended to come out later this year? I guess they did not want to compete with Halo 4, and Call of Duty Black Ops 2, so they tried to get it out sooner. The controversy over the ending, and all the ridiculous bugs are the result. I recently found my char floating over the multiplayer map, in a constant falling animation. You would think they would have fixed this stuff. I mean just look at the conversation head glitches, where your character as well as the other characters are always looking to the side as opposed to at the person they are talking to. It is such an obvious glitch too. Rushed development=buggy and poor quality control. Look at what happened with Windows Vista, its not a game, but I think it may be a good analogy.  Although that may be a bit unfair to bioware, Vista was much worse.  But it illustrates how one can mess up the development of software.   So many bugs, none caught in beta...

k, just got off the phone with ea. The last day people could have contacted them to get the commendation pack was Wednesday of this week. That was the cutoff. They say that usually, the packs should be out by the Wednesday of the week that the event ended, so same week as the Sunday during the event, but can sometimes take longer, and of course can glitch and not come out at all. They say that if you do not have the pack by the next weekend, you should call. The Wednesday afterward is I repeat, the last day to request the commendation packs/victory packs. Just for future reference. This is the first case of this happening to me, all the other event packs I successfully received, so I am giving them a second chance and as they say, "Knowledge is power," and I now know when to request the pack afterward.

Seriously, just stop these stupid weekend missions until you can fix your system.  Cuz right now, it's just a pain in the tuckus.  (And another reminder why I avoid buying EA....why, Bioware, why did you lure me back?  I was loyal to you...and then you sold your soul.  It breaks my heart.)  There is no understandable reason why we should HAVE to call customer support every time to get our packs...it's just rediculous and not worth the time.

Could be part of the reason EA was voted Worst Company In America by that magazine.  Though I don't agree with that label (there are banks that are far worse, like the competitor for that title Bank of America), they are not doing much to try to correct that perception it seems.  If I were them I would be doing everything in my power to satisfty customers at the moment.

Found out about the EA "help" just the other day from some friends on xbox live, and after waiting my obligatory "time out" before being allowed to post on these forums, as the EA Tech insist that I post in them, here I am.

Seems like they're throwing the devs under the buss, don't know why or how much the devs are involved in EA's in game store packs...  I realy enjoyed the copy/paste answers over and over, and unless it's recently changed because of this SNAFU, the packs only had an expiration after receiving them.

I haven't recieved my commendation pack either. The victory pack appeared in my store on Thursday 31st may, however the commendation pack never appeared. I emailed EA support stating that it never appeared in my store and this is the response I got:

"Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I understand that you have not received the Operation Shieldwall commendation pack. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Actually, Operation Shieldwall was from Friday, May 25 at 6:00PM PT until Sunday, May 27 at 5:00PM PT, on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Please let me clarify that you should have redeemed (open) the packs within 7 days of receiving them. They would have disappeared from your multiplayer Store menu after that and it is not possible to restore them now.

However do not worry as we will be running more such weekend and other operations in future and keep you posted.

I apologize once again that you were unable to get the commendation pack however please let me know if I can help you in any other way.

Please reply to this email if in case you want to get more information or if you want to pass on any feedback. Also, this case would get automatically closed in three days however you would still be able to reopen and update the case.

I know right, exactly my point.  They're happy to take our money and fix things right away when EA feels like someone is "stealing" from them.  Then when the consumers think that EA is stealing, it's "too bad so sad, here are vague answers that don't apply to your question"

Further reply from EA support after I advised that the pack had never been delivered to my Store:

Please accept my genuine apology for the way you have been made to feel. We at EA, strive to make our customers have an exceptional experience. However the Shieldwall mission promotion has already been completed. Now you can not get it, also we have no ability to add it on your account.

So, after completing a challenge weekend, when am I supposed to recieve my commendation pack? and when is the latest I can contact support if I have not received it?

I have achieved the Personal goal on operation Mastiff last night as I Extracted on Silver difficulty as a Quarian Male and I would like to get my commendation pack for that one at least.
