She clearly is the writers pet,I would trade her for Aria or the asari councilor Tevos.
Not sure why anyone would prefer Tevos over anyone. Among the three, she's the least useful. She'd just stand around the Normandy's war room.

That sounds to be like a load of complete nonsense.
People romance Garrus because they like Garrus. I seriously doubt 'justice' factors much into it at all.
Yes, knucks, she is.knucks360 wrote...

Liara is the writer's pet.
Ashley is the one featured in the marketing because Bioware thought they could sell more copies that way.
Nobody is canon.

In truth, Space Hamster is the writer's pet.

I know I'm a Liara Fan but Liara is one of the best characters and interesting characters. I tried Ashley and couple others but didn't like theirs. I liked Liara and Tal'is the best but Liara was the most interesting. In SciFi I like dating non-humans as well because it SciFi. In reality it only humans unless Aliens come around. Liara story was great and interesting, I loved the romancing of Shepard and Liara.

But is that a that because she herself is
an interesting character or because the writers put more effort into her
character? I'm not trying to say they intenntionally underwrote anyone
else (minus garrus i guess. never romanced him, so don't know) just
that, she's the only immortal one, and to me, that adds a layer of
inequality to her character.
EDIT: spelling
