Now when you first think about a Mass Effect TV series your first reaction might be NO! And most times I would completely agree with you. However, this idea stuck in my mind and I thought it could actually work. BioWare hasn't guarenteed a Fourth Mass Effect game (although it's bound to happen, I hope) but they said plenty of times that there are future possiblities for the franchise. What about a live action TV series?
A TV show would allow so many possibilities. It could incorporate all 3 Mass Effect games (minus the terrible endings), it could take place AFTER the 3 Mass effect games or something new all together. You could even have a TV show leading into a new game or movie. Honestly there are SO MANY possibilites it could take the Mass Effect universe, plus it would give us what we really wanted MORE MASS EFFECT.
The idea of a Live Action TV series actually could work. Have a network that's known for quality shows (like AMC or HBO or Showtime) pick up the show for a simple 22 episodes or something. You could have the stories of the show happen within the Mass Effect stories we already know. Plus if a network like AMC or Showtime picked up the show it could be the same quality of the games, tons of action, romances, and so much more. One more thing, you could actually get the cast of the video games to be the cast of the show. Most of the video game cast are TV actors (Yvonne Strahovski as Miranda Lawson, Seth Green as Joker, Martin Sheen as The Illusive Man. Seriously the list could go on, but these people play characters in the game and also are known for their work on TV shows)
Granted, this idea needs plenty of work but doesn't the idea at least sound interesting? If you get the right people making the show, and BioWare onboard, it could actually be pretty good

Yeah I agree, ME missions especially ME 2 felt like a TV show especially when the music of the illusive man played at the end of each mission like the end of a TV episode. So I asked Mac Walters directly when I was at comicon last year.....they dont feel the same he said no. oh well

Yes!
Yes before ever doing a film! There are so many storylines and events to choose from, that they could never do the games justice through a movie medium, but as a Live Action TV series with a hefty budget, it could become one of the best Sci-Fi TV shows... or one of the worst, but I'd rather see it done than not done.
