The following is a list of things that are very important to keep in mind if passing Gold difficulty is on your list of things to do. I am dumbfounded how only about 5% of the ME3 multiplayers can pass gold.

1. Stay with your teammates: Uber crititcal. Straying teammates = dinner for the baddies.

2. Defend a location: It is generally better to control an area that has a lot of walls, so you can get to cover fast when things get hairy. Being out in the open = more angles for the baddies to drop the hurt. For example: on FBG go to the upper room area and hold it......two at top of ramp, one on the inside window like areas, and one on the far right watching the bottom area. Each map has specific key locations to hold..which makes the game much easier.

3. Revive downed teammates: I like getting 100k+ scores, but not at the cost of failure. I generally average 100k+ and that is all while still reviving teammates. Granted, sometimes you should not revive teammates, and those situations tend to be when it causes you to seriously expose yourself to tons of fire from the baddies (getting yourself killed in the process). If you are an infiltrator, than go ahead and cloak up and rez....you can rez anywhere if you are playing that class. If an enemy sentry turret is directly over where you buddy died and you don't have cloak....probably better to let him die or burn a medi-gel in hopes the turret won't see him when he rezzes himself. I have seen way too many noobs run in all John Rambo and get merked trying to rez a teammate.

4. Communication: UBER necessary for calling out positions of enemies and coordinating tactics, so you can stay alive. It helps a ton when you are downed to tell your teammates how you died, so they don't go running in to rez and then get ganked by a phantom waiting in the shadows for another easy kill.

5. Do the objectives: Its really rediculous to fail a match because no one paid attention to the objectives. If you are an infiltrator, assume that it is your role to do the defuses. If you have more than one infiltrator, than communicate and decide who gets the honor. If it is a data upload, please be prepared to break out your rocket. Saving them only for killstreaks is absurd if you can't even pass the mission.
