Looking at the profile doesn't really tell me much. If you have a team attitude, I'll play with you. Good weapons are nice crutches, but it leads some to think they can go rogue on the team, and that always lead to failing on gold. My last gold game was proof of this. We were playing Cerberus on the Turian moon base and this chump decides to go off by himself, constantly dying with no medigel. I was the GI (team's medic), and after awhile, I gave up on trying to save him, but he ultimately took us down as one of the other guys went off to save him and like dominoes, we all fell. It was wave 10, and my build had only 3 level of fitness and I got pinned in. I was the last to fall. Kept telling that loser to stop lone wolfing throughout the game, and he was defiant, wave after wave. I think he was level 500+, so experience doesn't always predict personality.

I've played with teams of sub 200 level players and survived gold. I've played with 1000+ level players and failed. It's really hard to tell. I usually play random matches.

I took an N7 10 lvl10 engineer into a random/random/gold game last night so my standards aren't very high. Bless his heart, he stuck it out even though he bled out 5 or 6 times. So yes I would roll with Sheperd, I didnt even look at you manifest.

I would even play with one of those. Best way to learn is through mistakes, although I would kick him/her when (s)he is persistent and keeps trying the impossible
