Only in my hands.  Three shots just means I can completely surround the cannibals head with gunfire.  Gimme a hurricane, one of the 360 bullets is bound to hit something.

I use the Avenger VI on my novaguard. Quite good, if you try it out. I also level half blast on Nova, and level shockwave to 3.
