Weapon and rank means nothing. It's the skill and the ability of the player to work with the team is what matters. So yes, I would give the person above a chance to "bring it."

I don't see how manifest matters. I only just maxed my Uncommons because I never bought any Veteran Packs, only PSP (as you can tell). I skipped to buying rares for Gold then using the winnings to buy more rares.

Plus I could have farmed/glitched or only played Bronze and got everything I have.

Also I would play with anyone.

Edit: Yes and I didn't even check his manifest. Better?

I would have fun trying to carry you sure. There's nothing else left to do until the DLC comes out.

N7 and manifest don't show skill. Someone has promoted more than you and someone has bought more packs than you. They could play all the time on Silver and max everything. Woohoo. Does that mean they are super pro? Not yet.
