Sorry if this is a repeat problem request, but my game won't even load.  I get the  "There is a problem with your game's setup.  Please reinstall your game".  I have reinstalled it multiple times, to no avail?  Tried running it in Administrator mode, go all the patches.  Still nothing.

What version of the game are you playing: physical disc?
      Configuration Utility | Game Tab
           * Version Information: 1.0 (also tried running the 1.04 version)

Went through all of the steps EA tech support suggest, including a clean boot, creating a new Admin user, and changing the compatability. Still nothing...same error. Thoughts?

I had that error once. I just rebooted the computer and it never came back. I was trying to play the exiled prince dlc part and for some reason 1.04 and it don't get along well on my system. Loading....I just don't play it now.

You could try installing the game, play to see if it works no patches, then add a patch at a time maybe?

I am Having this same issue also, I click on play, then the Error comes up "There is a Problem with setup. Please reinstall the game" and I have done this 2 times now. I also went to Configure utility and switched it from DX 11 to DX 9 and it still doesn't work. I have also installed patch 1.04 for the game.

Here is the Specs of my Computer, although I am 100% sure my system is more than Adequate for this game:

I recall it being something ELSE other that the actual game that was in need of a reinstall, but exactly what it was eludes me now. You need to use a professional search and redirect it to only look for threads here on this site.

I use it all the time for finding old forum stuff. The actual search on forums tends to be garbage.
