Two different live chat representatives told me that my Operation Silencer commendation pack was gifted to me manually. One actually told me to wait 24 hours before it would show. 24 hours later, it's not there. I ask the Live Chat representative, who tells me "I am sorry to inform you that the promotion of commendation pack has been closed now so we don't have the option to add it from our end."
I feel like I was lied to.
Obviously I'm not going to uninstall Mass Effect 3 or begin review-bombing ME3, but someone's gotta do something about this. Between the broken operations, the questionable/contradictory tech support advice, and the general feeling that they don't have a clue what's going on, what the hell is going on?
And why is EA Live Chat always asking for my first and last name? Shouldn't it be in my billing information? Questions like that make me very nervous.
