I got the Collector's Edition and in addition to not being able to authorize the "From Ashes" DLC and Online Pass due to falty servers...I didn't even get a single prompt for the N7 Warfare Pack even though that's supposed to be in the game!
Waiting for an ASAP fix and will take nothing less!

What do you mean with "prompt"? If you have the CE, the N7 weapons are available in your single player campaign at the weapons desk. In multiplayer you have to finish certain 2-weekly tasks to get one of the weapons (or level them). This weekend it is Operation Shieldwall. In MP it is not limited to owners of the CE.
And if you're referring to the "N7 Warfare Gear"-pack (the one with the Valkyrie Assault Rifle) - that was never part of the CE, but limited to a few sellers when you pre-ordered the game from them.

I meant the CE weapons and costumes that are supposed to be included.

Then that might have something to do with not being able to authorize your DLC. Afaik the CE items are also handled as DLC items and therefore have to be authorized beforehand. I only get this error occasionally, seems like you're getting it all the time. Have you tried setting Origin to "offline mode"?

yes and it keeps going to online anyway. Not to mention that my internet turns off when I try to play the game after I'm told that I can't connect to the server. My internet is stable for the majority of the time that I use it.
Are EA servers that difficult to work with?

Some ways to verify you have the CE items:
-In origin, right click on Mass Effect 3 and select appropriate items.
-Check for Updates
-Information
-Information screen will show you the additional content you have "Purchased" and their status. If it says "Installed" then you have it already.
-In game, customize your appearance.
--Change the casual appearance and see if the N7 hoodie appears. It stands out as that costume would look appropriate here on Earth in the year 2012, while everything else might get some stares if you were walking around in public spaces in modern times.

N7 Collector's Edition materials? That shows that it's installed but it doesn't show up in the game thanks to the authorization problem.
