So FBW:Geth Gold is full of "noobs"....

So... FBW is full of "noobs", but R/R/G is full of people who can't complete it anyway. You're a noob if you do, and you get Silver credits if you don't. Or you get lucky and the team actually completes it (or you solely play with people added to your friends list).
Point is, bashing FBW isn't really cool given all the other games end in failure anyway. Better to be a "noob" and actually have credits then spend 35 minutes for a Silver matches payoff.

Also, if you have a 75% failure rate on R/R/G then I suggest reevaluating your not "solely my fault" claim. Gold players should be expected to handle themselves and be able to semi-solo waves when teams go down. Wishful thinking, yes....but I'm sure you'd have a higher success rate if most players had that mentality.

I guess if you money boost your weapons/equipment all day long & you didn't really earn it, it is clearly visible that you cheated.

Next, it's probably because your team is not positioning itself in the correct position (back end of building, opposite end of map from extraction point.)

It's true, there are bad players everywhere, but typically most people on this forum are rather good, so they sort of get a "free pass" to bash on FBWGG.

Therefore I use FBWGG to finance my random/random games, works for me
Still now most of my weapons are maxed I dont farm much anymore.
The FBWGG hate is not something I can understand or relate to...I paid 80$ aus for the game and I will play it how I damn well like.
Also I respect other players right to play however they wish..sadly not all feel the same way.

Low completion rate, blaming others, high external locus of control (perception that success or failure dependent on factors outside the individual), and rationalization. Sounds like you need a change in attitude. Take more control, assume responsibility, and stop rationalizing.
First, improve your own game. As other have stated, being able to solo or semi-solo rounds will increase your win ratio. BSN if a fount of useful information. Use it.
Second, the quality of your team is not beyond your control or a simple matter of luck. Play with friends, or learn to identify the newbs until you get good enough to drag bad teams to extraction. Kicking isn't elitism. It's an acknowledgement of our own desires (to win without taking and hour) and limitations (can't solo every enemy/map with every class).
Note: I don't have a problem wth FBWGG. I'll do it on occasion, as it's calm enough that you can do things like talk on the phone at the same time. But the problems you are running into in non-FBWGG games are not inevitable. If you're happy farming, it's your time and doesn't hurt me. But there are other options.

I just can't solo a Gold game unless I play an Infiltrator. I try but usually all that happens is I waste all my Medigel/consumables, and then the team wipes AGAIN and I've got nothing else left. I can hold my own weight WITH the team, but if I'm perfoming the best on the team then we'll probably lose since they're just not pulling their own.
No-one seems to have a mic, so communication is nil and people seem to do dumb things really often. I just don't get it, if you're actually playing Gold then you should probably be... well.... prepared? A lot of people don't seem to know what they're doing, and sending a million friend requests shouldn't be a requirement to play Gold.
You do get those good games once in a while, like a full biotic team that just tears everything apart, but those are quite rare. Playing with randoms (which is all I do) means you fail far more than you win, unless you FBWGG.

Success is ENTIRELY dependant on the team. It's a team game, if you hadn't noticed, and its meant to be played with multiple people. If you're meant to become so amazing at this part of the game that you have to be able to solo Gold just to play Gold with a team, then that seems like terrible design more than "you're just bad QQ".

I feel for you, man, I really do. Gold is plagued, but you have to stop blaming or belittling those who clearly aren't as good. I've never seen you play, but based on your manifest and how you speak, I can tell you're not a bad player...so I don't know what advice to give you.
As for the playing exclusilvely pubs, so do I. I played only 3 gold matches today with a level 15-18 Krogan sentinel and all went to completion, two were complete extractions, I had to solo several waves during this session, and I was only outscored once (+8k) by a claymore GI who I subsequently outscored. This is not to brag, but to show that high success rates are possible independent of teammates, class, level and so on.
If you'd like, send me a FR on Origin. My ID: MJ_SR2
You seem knowledgeable enough that I won't be able to teach you anything, but I might at least give you a competent teammate for which to complete some matches with. I rarely play anymore (for now), but if I'm ever on don't hesitate to join my game. Also, I don't use a mic.

The "strategy" to success is that you have to kinda pick the right classes to the mission lol.
I always aim to have atleast 2 infiltrators and 1 salarian engineer. Oh, and level 20. Oh and N7 level atleast 80 (because high N7 level means the guy has [probably] tried diff classes and know how they work)
It doesn't take long usually. Just kick the guys that dont fit the criteria and you'll soon have built your own little team.

I'm guessing you didn't read the first post very well, since I have no real problem with FBW games. My problem is that most of FBW games succeed, and most of the teams I find in R/R/G fail miserably. Yet those "elitest" players around the place say that the FBW people are bad... but in my experiance any non-FBW Gold game performs even worse. It's really weird.

Games that have Cerberus or Reapers specified have much higher success rate.
After getting FWBGG from the unknown/unknown/gold couple times, many good players have decided that they just wont search and if they end up in one, wont stay in lobbies that have the enemy and the map as unknown.
Getting FBWGG from unknown/unknown, after couple times you just

Also searching for unknown/unknown can take you to FBWGG lobby, so specifying either Repears or Cerberus usually saves time in finding non-FBWGG lobby.
Some people think that Geth are easy but tedious opponent, and for them, the risk of getting any geth map from unknown/unknown is unacceptable.

Also, I wouldn't call FBWGG farmers 'noobs' as much as 'sellouts', and when I needed credits I've been known to sellout out some too 8( They get flak not necc cause of their skill, but because its obvious they aren't in it for the team or to have fun or be challenged- you know, hopefully the main reasons you play R/R/Gold?

It fails most often because of:
Killgreedy people who desperatley try to get the most kills, leaving the team, playing risky, ignore hacking /objectives, they rather want to have more kills. They dont care about the team, running around alone making spawns unreliable, just kill the easy mobs and ignore the banshees etc.
Also people who always try to rezz someone even if he has 2 primes and 3 pyros around him.
If you have 2 or more of those in your party, the run fails.
