[Sixteen Sixty-Six]

 This bug has been happening over the last few days. The bug affect the Heavy-Melee of all clases and characters, aswell their normal melee. It was fixed about a few rounds later for no reason. This bug either becomes a small nuisance or a major disaster especially when I'm playing a krogan character it excel at Melee. Here's the proof:
