I'm lost. I cannot figure out where the current patch notes are. Origin updated, but then, ME3 updated twice.

Are these just content additions or actually patches?

Either way, where do I find out what these downloads did? The Games menu > Mass Effect 3 > Game Patches on this site only has the 1.02 patch notes. Origin gave me that patch a long time ago.

(I am not [yet] experiencing the post-Origin8.6 ME3-won't-launch bug. When I read about that issue before I updated to 8.6, the first thing I did after the Origin update was to update ME3 before trying to play it. ME3 updated twice. So far, so good.)
