I'm expecting this to come out tomorrow during the evening for PSN just like the Resurgence DLC. Gonna try to save up as much credits as I can today and tomorrow morning since I couldn't play during the weekend :/.

Maybe. Resurgence was up before 7:00 Am CE time.

Sorry I would have but I'm on my Phone which makes it really hard to do anything more than write so no editing and cutting text and making one nice post for me. Also I was searching through the posts and decided to reply, and I didn't expect to reply to three in row. I hope the shotgun is on the same level as the geth shotgun. I think tactical scan will highlight weak spots on enemies and make them easier to hot (maybe red spots on body). That's what I think from its name. I hope the grenade is good, can't tell anything just from the name though. Can't wait to see this new flamer ability. If it can make enemies panic (say husks to marauders to rocket troopers to pyros to nemesises to phantoms) them I would be very happy.

Ive heard everything from 12:30 am, to 5-7 Am EST

Yeeeeeessssssssssss! I was just about to ask if anybody knew when it came out.
I'll stay up to midnight to check, then go to sleep, and get up at six-ish to check again!

I hope the actual characters are OBTAINABLE right away after download, unlike Resurgence :/ all those wasted credits haha

I don't think so, that would defeat the purpose of having those consummables...HOWEVER, if the perma-ammo types had the Cards being Gold or N7 ranking, with them stacking ( lvl 1-3 ) then I could see that happening
