I hear this from soooo many posters. Do you know how much people have spent on the previous pack (lottery) trying to get one of theose DLC characters.

I still don't have the asari justicar and the krogan vanguard. Imagine if i had paid money for this and still not received those characters. I have spent at least $50+ real world dollars on Premium packs. Yes i do have alot of credit but the "fake" randomness of the Store will make any math wiz scratch his head or commit suicide.

THAY MAKE ALOT of money on this lottery thing. Having a new pack does not garantee  you will get one of these characters to play with anytime soon. Only the maps are a garantee.

The have it in their algorithm to make certain characters "rare" not Ultra rare as they refer to it but Rare in the sense that 1 in 100 runs the chance of getting it. It's a way of creating fake value.

I love the mass effect games but the lottery is "fake". prove me wrong. I have many weapons at level x many charaters at level v and yet never even one justicar or krogan vanguard. Even if it was random i would have at least seen 1x now.

You tube has many video's of others buying large sums of premium specter packs and those are duds. check out the 3 million credit video's.

Well you can earn the credits from playing the missions in multiplayer no one is forcing you to pay money you can earn it for free through playing or use real money in a attempt to get it either way it is a fairly decent system where they can still keep churning out more dlc for us while not walking home completely empty either

Likely today. 

Balance changes tend to be posted and applied around 3 PM PST. Commendation and Victory packs, as well as weekly special packs (before JEPs and PSPs became permanent) usually drop at about 6 PM PST or later.
