Apparently XBL is propegating across the globe as we speak, which is why some customers can see/download while others can't yet. It is on the way.
Working on PC version now.
PS3 version is under control of Sony. They usually update later in the day.

I dont know if they did something to Spectre packs, but got black widow from 2 to 4 and one upgrade of wraith, maybe just luck.

Had to find it manually by going:
Game marketplace --> A-Z --> ME3 --> DLC --> Rebellion
So, it should be available in Northern Europe.

Hey chris do you have any idea why it tells me a sign in change has occured and to change to original gamer profile upon start up of game when the only gamer profile on my 360 is the original gamer profile?
