That means someone has hacked your account and is using it! I just went through the same s***! Call XBL support and report it, they'll help you. They were very fast in helping me and getting my money back the hackers used to buy games on my account and transferred to theirs...

I know the patch is out, you can get it by going into Origin, right-clicking ME3, and clicking "Check For Updates." But the DLC itself needs to be downloaded from the in-game menu under "Downloadable Content," correct?

I keep on "updating it" that way, but nothing downloads actually.
