I could care less if it was prothean or ex-cerberus, because it's still a new character and I can't wait to get it!
I guess you can think of ex-cerberus as part synthetic? as they are genitically modified to be superior.

singularity is practially useless outside of bronze, or the first couple of waves in a gold match.  I am hopping that they will have a 3rd biotic ability that will be usefull so I can spec them to just ignore singularity.

I am curious about the quarian male infiltrator's tatical scan thing, will it be similar to hunter mode on geth?

Well I'm still disappointed it's not Protheans, but I was wondering whether or not they might be Protheans, and even though no Protheans this time, I'm holding out hope they'll be taking people's requests into account and give the people what we want (probably just saving the best for last).

So no these Cerberus operatives are going to be hard pressed to impress me, Vorcha were always more of a gimmick than anything else, fun to yell about tricks and the like but not much else, and I've still never bothered to play as a Quarian. Either the guns are unbelievably awesome, or all I really care about are the maps. Give the Quarians novel powers and I might try them at some point, and I suppose these ex-Cerberus types (the adept, at least) are maybe worth looking into, but let's just say these new maps had better be spectator and awe-inspiring, anything less is sure to leave me soundly annoyed by how much I've been looking forward to the new DLC (aside from the Batarians, all the last pack's characters didn't disappoint, if they hit a lower bar with thus DLC, well.... That would suck).

Let's ignore the whole speculation that went on about the 'prothean' versus 'cerberus' being the illusive (hurr hurr) "phoenix" for a moment-

REEGAR. CARBINE.

Think about it. REEGAR. CARBINE. That make sense to you all? Good because REEGAR. CARBINE. If it not a sniper rifle/assault rifle hybrid that shoots rockets I will be sad. Because everyone knows that 'Reegar' in the quarian language means 'Explosive' (and 'Kal' Meaning Action. ACTION! EXPLOSIVE! HYPERBOLE!) So yeah, that's really all I had to say about the rebellion DLC.

Time to start saving up credits again. Admittedly, I should have started to do that once the leaks about this pack came out, but I am still missing a few items so I couldn't resist.

Can't say I am looking forward to any of the new weapons. The ex-Cerberus agents and the Vorcha sound interesting. I am looking forward to playing them, which means I will unlock the Quarian Infiltrator five times before I get any of the ones in which I am interested.

I agree that playing Protheans would be cool but against canon. The DLC is free, so I am not complaining.

Finally, an official confirmation!  Now I can really be excited for new content. Can't wait to play at the new maps, and test the new weapons. Also, I'm really hopeful that the new characters will play out great. And thank you for making it free.
