As for me. When they say dlc on Tuesday. I say "great ill download on Wednesday". No stress.

I think you should start a campaign to 'Retake Mass Effect Rebellion DLC'. Childrens' charities and cupcakes are optional at this stage, but keep them in mind for when your wait extends into the 10th hour (because that would just be a totally unacceptable amount of time to wait for free stuff).

Traditionally on XBL, we would see items slated for a 29th May release out at approx 3pm GMT+8 (West Coast Australia where I am). Which makes me think, it's at least 8-10 more hours away, more likely 3pm GMT+8 tomorrow (thats nearly 18.5 hours for those too lazy to do the maths).jm2207 wrote...

But if it had been released 2 and a half hours ago it still would have been Monday in Hawaii! It obviously means Tuesday for a specific time zone, probably Pacific Time.

Guys I would not start complaining about it not being up until 10:00am eastern time. For one waiting all night is ridiculous as Xbox Live doesn't start updating until 5;00am eastern time. Also, BioWare has always been a bit slow at releasing their DLC, ever since ME2 they last pack wasnt available until 10, neither will this one. So just chill out and just wait a bit longer.
