Just downloaded it on the 360 I'm seeing the new characters in the "change character" screen but the packs in the store all still say "Resurgence"

I got the Male Quarian and the Cerberus Adept, so I'm gonna say they're in there *I'm on 360 btw, don't know if that'll make a difference.*

I have the most infuriating situation with my email/windows live not allowing me to sign in to download the DLC. They have blocked the account associated with my Xbox live account for the second time for absolutely no reason at all. I don't even send out emails at and yet they keep blocking my account for "sending out junk mail". The only option they give me is to send an email to my old account WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED AND DELETED IT (rage).

I tried changing the windows ID through my Xbox and it says my password is wrong, doesn't give me a secret question or a way to reset it without knowing the password. I tried changing the password but it says "email invalid". I can't even find any tech support from Microsoft just stupid generic auto-responses that don't help at all.

Am I just screwed?

 what the hell it's not showing up in the downloadable content, but at least i can see the picture for it on the xbox dashboard but that just brings me to nothing. yayyy. I'm in the central time zone too, so if anyone in that area has it let me know
