As tempting as it will be, DO NOT SPEND YOUR CREDITS RIGHT AFTER DOWNLOADING THE DLC.


Here is what you should do to avoid a disaster like last time:

1. Sign into these forums.
2. Check the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer section.
3. See if people are having trouble unlocking characters. (There will always be the people too excited  that they spend right away, DONT BE ONE)
4a. If it is confirmed that everything was added to the Store properly, enjoy!
4b. If you see alot of problems going on with unloking DLC items, DO NOT SPEND YOUR CREDITS UNTIL BIOWARE RELEASES A STATEMENT SAYING IT'S OKAY.

EDIT:
Also, Please make sure to download the DLC from the marketplace before attempting to get the new items in packs.

Thanks, good thread to have. I know that i'll be keeping the credits at least for a few days, but i'll be playing those new maps like no one's business. Comes at perfect time, right on the first of my 3 days off.

 Yeah, seriously dude! You've significantly reduced the amount of beta-testers for the new DLC, what's the deal?

This reminds me of this one time I put money into a soda vendor that didn't dispense. Some dude came along to buy a soda as well, but I explained to him that the machine had just taken my money but didn't give me my tasty beverage. So what does he do? HE PUTS HIS ****ING MONEY IN, THEN RAGES WHEN HE DOESN'T GET HIS SODA!

Both DLC and Victory pack will be released at Tuesday. Victory pack will have a chance of containing rare weapon... We shall not fail Shieldwall!

I always give my extra to someone. Odd how people dont find it weird when I do.

Depends. If I am behind the guy and he gets two sodas and keeps them both, it's whatever. But if I was there first and the machine didn't deliver, then the next knocks out two sodas, one is obviously mine, and he best be giving it up.

It is exactly my plan
I just try to buy a single pack just to see if I'm lucky. If everyone buy a single pack instead of nothing we could gain some useful data.
However I fear we won't have the new content in the packs before the time they usually update the servers... just my guess....

good point... now those of us who have all rare weapons maxed out might be able 2 get one of the new weapons in the victory pack... now instead of just promoting the 3 characters that i was going 2 promote, i think i will promote all 6 to help out with the community goal. i am now motivated 2 achieve the goal!!! WOOOOOO!!!!:D:happy:

I wish I would've seen a thread like this before Resurgence xD I was one of those poor people who spent all their credits right away. I was very very sad ='(

Im pretty sure the last DLC, the items were supposed to be added when the DLC was added to the respective marketplaces.

I remember them having a tech issue with the servers, as they were also supposed to have the Resurgence pack available that week too.

 Yeah, but those people don't frequent the forums and they do so despite all the bugs, glitches and other issues. They just suck it up and hope that others are going to trip on the same mine as them.

I agree with you. Since if you don't have the DLC installed the new content won't appear. They could add the new content to the system right now and no one will unlock it until Tuesday.
So if all goes as planned (Do you remember M4 Part II from ME? ) we could have the new content earlier than resurgence.
