 I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to remove the tattoo option from character generation?

I've looked around in the 2das and .erfs and can't seem to find anything that specifies which background's use which tattoos (such as Dalish Elf tattoos being different from Human Noble tattoos), or anything to remove tattoos altogether for a background (like how elves can't have beards)

My mod is based around earning your Vallaslin (Dalish facial tattoo) so it would be kind of odd if you started with one 

Oh, and I would prefer it if it was something that affected the module only, not the entire game, I don't want to break peoples OC

I'm curious if you found a solution. I would actually like to do the opposite. I have custom backgrounds for my module and would like to be able to designate which backgrounds have access to tattooing.

Unfortunately not sorry, but I am still looking for a way to, any help anyone can give would still be greatly appreciated.
