They have no preexisting models on which to base 'em.
Why does it matter and why do we need a Turian infiltrator, would be waaaay too OP.

That being said, I totally support them for the MP. Hell I'll support them being added with the same damn model we already have, just give them a ladyfied voice so we lowly humans can tell them apart.

Sexual dimorphism isn't something you'll find in every species on earth either... why would aliens need it?

I think it would be cool. At the very least it would be cool to have it as some sort of customisable skin option if they can't justify adding two more characters (or two as part of another DLC pack of 6).

It doesn't work like this. I've been a producer on games before, and hired VAs and it goes like this:

To do any professional voice acting (i.e. in a consumer product like a video game) the person doing the VO has to join SAG (screen actor's guild), and SAG has minimum pay requirements. So, even if you wanted to do it for free, you'd have to join the union, and EA would still have to pay you at least minimum pay rate.
