So an hour ago, I was logged into my account. And suddenly, I got message that my account has been logged in from another computer.. I thought my account was hacked. So I recovered my aco**** using same old methods..
I saw someone had changed the password, email ID and name associated with my Origin account. I quickly changed them back to their original state..

Now I contacted EA Adviser. he told me my account was logged in by an EA adviser to make some important changes. He said, he can put a security question in the account. So now I have a security question...

But thing is, even now, my account is unusable... The account is still being used by someone else. Same EA adviser is logged in m account.... Do EA adviser do that???

What the f*ck.

Are they allowed to do that? I mean, is this even legal?

Okay.. My Origin account has been officially hacked.. The new EA adviser says that they do not log into any customers Origin account. The hacker has changed the passord and email ID for the account.. And now I cannot change pass word or anything to my account.  Now how should i proceed.??

I do have the product key for my games... Does it help recovering the account???

I have contacted EA Adviser on live chat.. he said the account is hacked and they need to investigate this. No I m asked to wait for 15 days.. Meanwhile I m gonna seach my PC up and down for any keylogger or spybot program that might b infecting my PC... Which i highly doubt is the case...
