I was experiencing the "Searching for DLC" error, so I cleared my cache. After that I was able to play again, but now I'm missing some of the items awardedin the Premium Spectre Packs. For expample, the additional races, and a few weapons. What's odd is not all of my PSP obtained content is gone (I still have my Indra. Is there any way to have files or missing content restored? I spoke to customer support, and was advised to post my issue on the forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure your unlocks are stored in their server not on the Xbox, it's prolly just server lag give it some time.
