Ok, there's something wrong here. I have a fully calibrated to Rec.709 standard TV and the game is very, very dark. Actually it happens to alot of Xbox 360 games, for some reason(Microsoft is compensating for something ? CRTs ? 1.8 gamma ? I don't know), but usually you can just use in-game brightness to adjust the picture. Not so with ME3 :

a) Bringing the brightness up will reveal artifacts(banding).

B) Sometimes, there are no details to be found in that darkness. They're just not there. Gone.

Now, how i know this isn't intentional ? Because PS3 and PC versions have those details. So Xbox 360 version was coded differently. Why ?

I'm very disappointed, to be honest. I prefer to play ME on Xbox 360 for various reasons and now i'm stuck with unplayable version.<_<

The xbox outputs a nonstandard gamma curve. about 2.6(way to dark) Some idiots at msoft thought that darker = better. There is a way to code around the gamma output. Some devs do and some don't.

Well, there was a sale in Origin, so i bought ME3 there for $30 and successfully transformed my ME2 Xbox 360 saves(although i also own ME2 for PC, all DLC is for Xbox 360, i'm not paying for that again).

Night and day difference. May i say "literally" ?

I can't believe no one noticed this during testing. Well, enjoy my $30.
