Yeah it does. BioWare sucks at modeling human faces on human characters in-game though.

I think it is deliberate, they do not want to make it too obvious. Sometimes you have to look at the character at just the right angle for it to jump out. The voice helps too, sometimes that is much clearer. It was the voice that lead me to Miranda -Madeline.
