Did not receive the Commendation Pack, though I think I passed the challenge that weekend. EA's online help was a no go, because they don't have access to the in-game content... or that's what they said to me.
E-mailed them in English, got answer in German... Google translate tells "I can unlock special packages you can not because we have no access to the in-game content, so it is not possible for us to do something."

Any way I could get some help from here?

 I actually had just tried getting mine, tried using there support to email them kept telling me that service is temporarily unavailable.

Ends up I just had to create a origin ID to get it to work so I finally was able to email them last Monday. Email said that they sent me a pack and I checked a little after and earlier today still no pack. I did a live chat and the person ended up telling me I didn't open it in time. He told me to post in forums for more information from a game expert.

I thought the packs lasted 7 days?

There is no way it would have went unseen by me if that was the case.

Anyways on topic of yours, that is very weird and makes no sense for the German response. I wonder what had caused that. Well hopefully you can still get your pack.

do not bother with the live chat with india you might have more success if you have them call you, then at least you should be talking to someone in america who has some idea what they are talking about

Well I had them call and they simply said Bioware is pushing out more packs in the next days to the people who didn't get them. I specified that it was from two weeks ago but for some reason I have a feeling he was thinking that I was talking about the current operation so at this point if I get it then great and if I dont then oh well. I give up on messing with their customer support.

I've done the live chat twice already, was quick and easy, they activated it for me and my pack was there minutes later. I will have to do the same thing for this operation as well I'm sure.

I've got the same problem. Actually, I've talked with the squad I completed the goal with, and none of us ever got it. I have checked my registered game content here on Bioware Social, too, and have seen that that Commendation Pack was never awarded to me.

Can any of you tell me where you were getting phone numbers/e-mail addresses/live chat info from? I'm happy to talk with them for a while on behalf of my team.

Just got off the phone with a rep I reached through the number I found here:

and she said she's not authorized to grant the Commendation Packs. And that there's no one she can escalate to, because she's Tier 1 support already. What BS. I got her to escalate to e-mail support, but I'm not optimistic about this. BIOWARE, please help! I know EA would take a rep from Bioware more seriously than we plebes, and it sounds like I'm not the only one with this issue. Maybe you could collect our gametags and go to EA with them? (Just throwing out ideas here; I have no idea how the support structure works).

Guys I'm not sure your aware or not, but the multiplayer community did not pass the challenge for Operation Silencer. Bioware sent info through their FB page and through their Twitter and official Mass Effect news page. So you or I won't get this commendation pack. I'm surprised someone didn't point that put earlier so you guys wouldnt be frustrated. Hopefully this helps.

Who do you talk to, bioware? EA? I didn't get my packs this for this one and the last one.

Like I said Silencer with regard to eliminating the Banshees was not successfully met by the community. There will be no commendation pack for that one. Operation Shieldwall which was THIS past weekend is being dispersed as we speak, if you successfully promoted three characters with the online feature set to "ON".

Failure of the operation means that nobody gets the lol Victory Pack. However, anyone who completed the individual objective, extracting on gold, I think, gets a Commendation Pack with an N7 weapon.
