EA Profile Not Working w/360

I've had the game since launch and I've been logged into my EA account and online the entire time I've been playing DragonAge.  I have finished the game with my frist character, and started a few others.  Despite this, I have no characters uploaded to my profile here, there sems to be a distinct disconnect.  Either way.  I registered my game online here, and was rewarded The Edge for doing so (it appears under my profile).  I went to play Dragon Age this morning and I was able to connect to the EA Servers, get online, like normal, and I went to check my DLC to see if The Edge has been added or availbale for download, and it was not, which confused me, as it says that I have gotten it.  I tried to check my EA Login informaiton but was unable to find anywhere in-game taht I could do so.  To top it off, I then recieved a message telling me that the game could not access my EA profile, which clearly explains why I couldn't access The Edge, but without a way of checking what my EA Account settings are on my 360 I have no way to verify I have my account information corret, or really do anything.

Has anyone had a similar problem and were able to fix it and/or give me advice as to how to fix this problem?

Your profile is supposed to display the gamertag associated with your EA account. It should also be on the redeem promo code page. Can you find that?

Sorry for not replying to this sooner, I didn't know anyone responded (use to forums defaulting to sending e-mails when a new message is received)! So no, my profile does not display the gamertag I have associated with it, and it also doesn't have any data uploaded to it, which is weird considering I set up my account in-game when I got it.

And you didn't experience any problems? Is port forwarding relevant to the Xbox?

I didn't experience any problems setting up my profile in-game. My XBox is behind my routers firewall and therefore has some reduced NAT issues, but since I don't play online much I didn't think that would be the issue, might it be? I know that I log i successfully every time I play but my profile isn't updated ever.

I take that back, since switching my router a few weeks ago, it seems as if I get absolutely no errors when logging into Xbox Live, so that can't be the issue, at least not now anyway.

Icant manage any of my characters. I have several I want to delete as I didn't go very far with them. Its says the system cant conect to the server yet my profile seems to update OK. Odd that.

Indeed. May I make a suggestion to any BioWare people that may be lurking, in the Xbox update that you're revising, can you take an extra 15 minutes and add in a few lines of code so we can check to make sure our EA credentials are correct in the game? Thanks!
