I finally finished ME1 on Insanity difficulty and I must say that it wasn't an easy game to complete on xbox 360 but I still haven't unlocked the achievement for the game. I know that if you changed the difficulty it didn't count but I completed it on Insanity, never changed the difficulty and still haven't got the achievement. I even watched all the credits just in case they hid the achievement after them. Anyone know what to do?
