About 2 weeks ago my online pass was no longer being recognised when I logged in to ME3. I have contacted support and been told the usual thing that they are working to fix it, and then having them close the question. It shows up in my bioware account, and the game had been working fine for a couple of months, without me ever needing to enter an online pass code (I had heard that it wasn't necessary for the PC version seeing as an Origin key was required anyway). Has anyone else experience this problem? Or better yet, has anyone heard about what Bioware/EA are actually doing to fix this problem? The EA support team isn't giving me an update. Thanks

This is a user-to-user tech support forum so we can't help you with this. You should probably send a PM to a BioWare dev, like Chris Priestly. I don't know if he can sort it out but it's worth a try. http://social.bioware.com/46/

Yup, got the same thing with the online pass too, sent an email on May 8th and got an answer the same day that they are looking to solve my issue.

Yeah... half a month has passed and still nothing. Looks like this will be the second weekend operation I'll miss.

I had the same problem. It would connect maybe one out of every 10 tries. I contacted EA support and got back:

Ashok:
1. In Origin, click the settings gear next to your username on the upper right side
2. Select Settings from the dropdown
3. Click on the ‘Browse Game Installers’ button. A window will appear with folders in it.
4. Shut down Origin
5. Then in the window, double click on the folder with your email address.
6. Delete the file called ‘OfflineCache’
7. Launch Origin again

This seems to have at least made the problem better.

Tried ddemner's solution, but it hasn't made a difference on my account for some reason. Other than Chris Priestly and EA support, who could I possibly contact to get things fixed or at least let them know?

I have been wondering that as well, I am so sick of EA support.  I have contacted them several times in the last few days, none of their "solutions" did a damn thing.  And, I am not really sure Chris is really in a position to help.  I can't really help but think EA just doesn't give a damn unless it is something that affects a much larger portion of their customers.  I also sent an E-mail to me3accountadmin@bioware.com, but have yet to hear anything back.
