Wouldn't it have been humorous if the Eclipse girls that Aethyta gave to Liara included Elnora and you had to deal with that somehow?  Assuming you didn't shoot her of course.

Yeah; she needed to come back in ME3 if you let her go, as did Vido Santiago. Not vital to the overall story, but loose ends I'd love to see tied up. In fact, I left both of them alive purely in the interest of their possibilities in the new game. The joke was on me.

Elnora had just earned her uniform during ME2. How did she suddenly, 6 months later, turn up to being a high ranking Eclipse member on the Citadel? And I believe Sederis was the founder of the Eclipse.
