After the end of Operation Exorcist I received only the Victory Pack; the Commendation Pack didn't show as "Registered Game Content" and wasn't available at the in-game store.

Since this had been a known issue and you folks were already working on that, I held still for a couple of days. When the issue had reportedly been resolved and I still didn't receive the pack, I contacted EA Live Support a couple of times.

One of the CSRs was actually able to add the Pack to my user entitlements; when that happened (around May 9th) the "valid until" date had already passed, so I still couldn't redeem the pack. EA support told me their hands were tied, since they could add the entitlement to my account, but not expand the validity of the reward.

There's already been a thread about this in the Multiplayer forums where some people have had similar experiences.

Is there any way the packs can still be granted?


By the way, I just noticed that while I got my commendation pack for Operation Silencer, it isn't listed as registered game content, but I guess that's because the Operation was a failure.

Same situation here. I had the pack added (thought I would give them a chance to sort out the issues since I know there have been issues getting these out). Eventually (after a few failed attempts) EA help added the pack to my game content, I believe this was added on the 10th, after the pack had already expired.

I really hope there will be a solution to this, afterall the packs were given to the PS3 users. Even if it was just a replacement pack for people that have missed out. I just don't want to miss out on an N7 that I should have received (especially given its going to take the best part of 2 year to get them all to level 10).

So it looks like the same's happening with the commendation pack for Operation: Shieldwall. I'll hold out a bit longer, since the blog post for the successful operation has not yet been revealed. But I'm already getting uneasy, since the packs have been supposed to be redeemable by yesterday afternoon...

If you haven't received your commendation pack for Shieldwall, don't just wait and see! The EA support chat method mentioned in all of the other threads on this topic is surprisingly painless (seriously - and I'm the biggest customer support cynic you'll find).

Huh, it actually worked this time. Odd that the first support guy couldn't help me at all, the second one gave me the shieldwall pack within minutes.
