Haven't been able to connect to server/upload since Thanksgiving

First -- I appreciate the update to the site with troubleshooting info.  I've read the FAQ but haven't seen a solution to the problems I've having.  I've been having problems uploading characters and story information since Thanksgiving.

Issues are as follows:

(1) server errors occurring while attempting to access my on-line storage.  Refreshing doesn't solve this.
(2) Profile Diagnostics showed error 1005 for two characters (too many uploads).  Deleted the characters but now can't upload them again because the server times out or won't connect.
(3)  Deleted characters show in the diagnostics with error codes 1002 and 1004.  When I refresh, I receive one of two error messages - either server errors while attempting to access on-line storage or that servers timed out.
(4) When I initially login, the server says that my player profile does not exist.

Yep, I'm frustrated.     Anyone have any ideas/solutions?

Thanks. I did read your post.  I had actually started by deleting screen shots and refreshing but to no avail.  Currently I find that when attempting to delete screen shots, about half the time I receive a fata error message and the shot remains online.

Overall, the primary issue seems to be server communication and I'm wondering how one deletes the cache.

Can you confirm that your firewall/router are allowing ports 80, 443, and 18081 through?    Also, since the errors you are now getting are in-game, you should check the DA tech support forum for solutions as well.

My router wasn't allowing 18081 through. I've added it and will check to see if it updates.  Thanks much for the response!

if opening that port doesn't help, try hitting refresh on that fatal error page until it goes away. The problem I had was either duplicate or corrupted screenshots, every time I hit refresh on the error page it deleted one of those files.

Thanks much!  Between opening ports 443 and 18081 and refreshing to dump corrupted screenshots things seem to be working again.

Does the Xbox use the same ports? I seem to upload very sporadically ever since I got the game Black Friday. You can look at my profile and see all the "gaps" and bad uploads I am getting, or is this a problem with the Xbox version?

Also, my avatar character is wearing the Blood Dragon Armor, but it still shows her in her mage robes. :(

OH and the "Story" section of my dwarf is all messed up. Apparently she's killed Rendon Howe BEFORE she recruited Leliana in Lothering.  I don't even remember her leaving Lothering yet.
