I am having the same problem with my PS3 version none of the codes are working and i cant even FIND the registration code.

Make sure you type in all caps (except for the numbers of course) and add the hyphens.

On the 360 it puts the hyphens in the wrong place. Instead of groups of 4 it seperates groups of 5. So basically because of this I can't redeem my code either... advice anyone?

I've tried with hyphens and without, caps and no caps. The Shalen Code will not be recognized. I could redeem the Collector's Edition codes (items and armor) but I don't see them ingame and my quest log doesn't say anything about them either.

Hello all, I'm quite new here and I'm having a huge problem.



I intalled mass effect 2 in my pc about a month ago and used my redeem code.

About a week ago I had to uninstall the due to some files were pretty messed up.



I reinstalled the game today, but the downloads from my redeem code are no longer avaidable and the code has been used!

What can I do???

I redeemed my code online and when trying to use it in game i had to re-enter the password.. WHen i did that it said the key is already in use



I can see you dont know how to make the things work so can someone please tell me how to get in contact with the staff or something cause this is getting annoying..! i consider Bioware to be the best makers or RPG but this cant be true..
