I'm mainly interested in Warp/Dark Energy/Throw, and both can do this.
I guess Pull for adept for shielded Cerbus guards is nice, but tech armor is nice for sticky situations, plus Overload

What does everyone think? Haha, I just finished a Vanguard run, and I'm finding it a little hard to adjust to any other class:)

How reliant do you want to be on your squad?

I you want to always take Liara, Sentinel can get away with Throw and Tech Armor and that is about it. You could even stack extra damage protection on if you want.

If you are set on Dark Channel then I suppose you could do either, but you will have worse CD/s with Sentinel as the trade for the extra damage protection. It is up to you. Unfortunately I don't think a biotically focused Sentinel and an Adept play all that differently in this game.
