this is becoming a pain in the ****! I'm playing MP on Gold Difficulty no matter what character whether it's the Krogan, Turian or Salarian etc... Somehow, something happens where I can't heavy Melee.
This can easily end up in an INSTANT KILL
has anyone else experience this?

Seen it on occasion. You just need to snap into cover and step back out, and your melee attack will work normally again.

that's it. just get to cover and then hit the melee button and it's fixed?

Just get in cover then back out. I think the problem is related to the weird melee attack that is made when you're at an edge or corner of cover (typically you'll be trying to grab something, but instead you'll stand up and throw some ineffectual elbow attack).

sweet dude. thanks, this helps a lot when you're playing Gold's map and this crap happens. Can really screw a player over
