I recently just attempted to start a ME3 playthrough with an imported character from the first two games, only to pleasently surprised that I was looking at a guy I'd never seen before. I've heard it was patched, and I've downloaded the patches. This isn't fixed on my end. Can someone explain what exactly is going on and when this will be addressed?

Hmm not sure if they fixed all the faces I know for sure my setup was fixed thou its no where near as good as my ME2 face but then again my ME2 face wasn't as good as my me1 face cuz my face scar I had in me1 was removed in 2

I'm jealous of you, then. I'm stuck with this strange guy I've never seen before. I'll put off playing it until this is addressed, but how in the blue hell could something as simple as this have been overlooked? It's ridiculous.

There was a lot of customs in the face part of the game sucks they forgot a few but its better to have missed a few then not give us any at all

So everyone else who faces who won't import should just suck it up and remain **** out of luck? Isn't that great. This isn't excusable. In the least.

Tbh I do have the problem on disk 1 where it won't load or freezes at the black screen.

I got around that by putting only disk1 on my harddrive and left disk 2 off harddrive since it doesn't happen on disk 2.

Won't say it works for everyone but it worked for me

yeha its not completely fixed i madea male shep that imported over from me1 and 2 and it looked nothing like him he had ha redish dark red hair and light blue eyes, some other things that wasnt right but the one thing that stood out was oh hey shep has black hair and black eyes and nose that has bump in it and stick out like a dorsal fin on a shark after being imported to me3

I won't play until this is fixed. I wish there was something I could do to force the issue with BioWare. It's stupid how the most loyal customers get screwed over the most. I demand compensation!

The patch did not help me and I have been waiting for it to get fixed so I can play, but does anyone know if they are still trying to fix this, or was the patch their only attempt? I don't want to wait if they are not even trying to fix it. Has there been any clarification if they are still working on it, or are they like "fixed that problem, it's dealt with"?

Haven't seen anything since the patch. People have complained,not sure it matters to BW at this point.

Seems that way. Has anyone from bioware commented on it since the post from Chris saying the patch was coming?
