im not sure where to post this so i hope its in the right spot. i bought mass effect infiltrator for my android phone. verizon samsung galaxy nexus. i have the apk installed but i cant get the game to download the additional sd card package that it needs for me to play the game. i keep getting an ea server error 5002. i bought the game for $7 2days ago and still havent been able to play it. someone pleaae help me out. And yes...i already attempted to contact ea support and i get nothing but an automated email telling me to use online support. which leads me to a dead link. ive tried to google the subject over and over without success:crying:<_<

Not much help, but I got it to install on my Droid 3 without any hiccups, but my Vizio tablet is giving me the same problem. I ran across a site which said to copy the SD card contents from another device as a workaround... not exactly a solution for the average bear. (krogan?)

how am I supposed to copy it from another device? I only have one android phone with my account on it. Thank you for replying
