and you miss and you get picked up by the banshee while being shot to hell by a prime.

I panic when I'm the last one standing. I play an infiltrator and excel in picking off enemies when they're distracted by someone else and NOT chasing me.

LOL. LOL, I learned a long time ago from fighting games/real life, that for some reason I get REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY good when shyt hits the fan. This game isn't any different. I've clutched wave 10 with a soldier on nodes. Clutched as a vanguard in FBGhost LZ hack Vs Reapers. This was before I even knew how to play. Was like N7300 some, I remember because like 2 games later my equip/weapons got erased...lol . Clutched as a level 1 decoy vs ceberus. This is how I can assure people decoys work on phantoms. I used to "get scared" when I was like 8 and things got foggy, but I learned from martial arts classes thats what gets people killed, literally. Think more about what you NEED to SURVIVE for and focus on that, you'll pull though like a champion... or die like one.

If it's a GI or SI, kite the remaining enemies dropping proxy mines as you run, then shooting while they're staggered.

I usually just go into "Solo Mode" and end up finishing the Wave.
Solo Mode ends up as me trying to conglomerate all the enemies into a tight group and kite them around while picking off the small guys first and then the big guys last.

If you're an infiltrator and you're not actually good at killing stuff, please, either use rockets or just die. Some people cbf waiting 20+ minutes watching a guy running around the map and killing one enemy every 3 minutes thinking he's "carrying" his less fortunate teammates.

I just get up and go take a dump or something when this happens in pubs. I notice right from the get go if the Infiltrator is going to take 20 mins or 2 to finish the wave.PaperAlien wrote...

when I am the last standing and am playing infiltrator I'm thinking:
"Do you guys really want to get extraction? Then I'll play ultrasafe. Get ready to see me roam around the map killing one enemy every 5 minutes. Grab some coffee or go to the toilet"

In one occasion, after playing several games with drellguard, I was left alone against reapers. Some brutes, marauders, banshee, no problem. The last one was a ravager. I said to myself, let's do it cool. Charge, shotgun, Charge, maybe some fancy melee. I even have one medigel, fantastic.
Get out of cover, run and face the ravager.

I missed last night. Banshee was jumping right at me and did a 180 and jumped into a building right when i shot the rocket. I said out loud on the mic " where the hell are you going im right here." the guys I was playing with just laughed. Luckily I had another missile left and waited until she was right on top of me.
