I've been thinking; I upgraded the Proximity mine with the movement
speed reducing effect and when I hit enemies with it, they are visually
chilled and yes they do move slower.
However, I was just wondering if it actually is a chilled effect;if the concussive shot  chilled damage bonus will work on it.
If anyone knows, please tell me.
It could be extremely effective to cool a target then blast them with concussive shot's anti freezing hit
