In chapter one, you help the nymphs or dryads. (In Irenicus's dungeon). You find the acorns and have to take them to the Windspear Hills. On my map, there is no Windspear Hills. Also, most of my inventory is filled with scrolls and I am in need badly of a scrollcase or two. Where can I find them?
Possible error and 1 question.

Buy the scroll case from a shop... the area where you came out of at the start has at least 2. Windspear hills will unlock when you get a quest that sends you there... talk to people at the slums Inn to get one of those quests.
p.s. not a good place for low level heroes... just fyi.

Yes thank you much. I found the place on my map now. Now I'll go look for the scrollcases.

I found only one case. Is there anywhere else I could find another? I have a bunch of scrolls still and could use another case. Any hints would be appreciated.

There are two in the promenade; Galoomp (NE of dungeon exit) and by Lady Yuth (inside the Adventurers Mart).

Further related tip with inventory management: If you have Throne of Bhaal installed, go to Watcher's Keep immediately and begin the quest. This allows you to buy items from the people outside, including the rather nifty Potion Case, which will ease your inventory burdens a lot (there may also be another Scroll Case, I can't remember - I think I had around seven Scroll Cases by the end of the game).
You don't have to actually do Watcher's Keep at this point - just accept the quest, buy the case and leave, you can come back at any time to do the Keep (you need to be a fairly high level to get all the way through), there is no time limit on it.

No scroll case from memory. However there is an ammo belt that can be obtained with minimal opposition from the first floor (penultimate door on the right). At low levels it will involve facing mephits and the like, plus some traps.

Anyone know where I can get at least one more scroll case? I have 2 from the Promenade, and 1 from the Bridge district I think it was.

I think there are no more scroll cases in SoA. If you need them that badly, you could just create one or more using CLUA console.

There's another way to look at it. As SoA goes on, your lev 1 and 2 Arcane magic scrolls become essentially useless: either your enemies become too powerful to be effected by them, or your mages become too powerful to need them. So you might think of making a point of burning off your lowest level scrolls, or even selling them, rather than pack ratting them. But, if like me, you are a hopeless pack rat, remember that a Bag of Holding can hold an awful lot of scrolls, as well as spare armor and weapons.

Try the three in Umar Hills or one of the five docks venders... they would have one if any one does.

Try the upstairs room in Gaelen Bayle's house - there's a wizard selling some stuff. Don't know if there's a scroll case but it's worth going just for the gem bag and the Glasses of Identification.

Also try Bernard at the Copper Coronet and there's maybe a vendor somewhere in the Docks District who has one, in the daytime? Click on some people and see!

Does that bug still exist where two of the ingame scroll cases are considered to have the same inventory?

I imagine it does. They are presumably considered unique items, so if two cases have same identification code they then have the same inventory. If you use the console to create new cases you must bear that in mind. Item Browser from ShadowKeeper shows item codes under the Container listings.
