Grandpa: Shepard became a used shuttle salesman in New Jersey.
After Control:
Kid: So this is why we must make blood sacrafices to Reaper Shepard every year?
Grandpa: Yes, and you best never question it or Shepard will attack our planet.
Kid: Maybe it was better when the Reapers only came every 50,000 years.
Grandpa: Quiet now! Shepard may hear you!
After Synthesis:
Kid: So thats when organics and machines could make babies like Joker and EDI did?
Grandpa: Yes, now we came from hundreds of years of organic and robot relationships.
Kid: So where do babies come from?
Grandpa: Well, when two people love each other very much they get in a replication machine and make babies.
Kid: Grandpa, can I hear one more story about the Shepard?
Grandpa: Sure, but would you rather hear the story about the first brave men to land on Earth's moon?
Kid: No, sounds lame.
Grandpa: .....little punk.
