I have been asking this question multiple times and have not gotten an answer. I understand if it is not possible at the moment and would immagine it would require some editing of the coalesed.bin. But I would appreciate it if someone could reply with a way how to unlock said outfits for shepard to wear or inform me that it is not possible at the moment. Afterall I think it would be possible, cause Miranda's outfit/mesh was unlocked in Mass Effect 2.
Is it possible to wear Ashley's or Kaiden's or EDI's outfit?

There is probably some mod out there that will let you. Or you could try and find someone who makes mods and see if they would make it for you.
