I pre-ordered the US version of this game on Steam when I was back home in the States for a visit recently, but now it seems I cannot ever unlock and play it as there is no release date for this game in Japan (or even any plans for one, according to Steam). As a form of torture, the game even pre-loaded for me, but cannot be unlocked...so it's sitting there encrypted on my hard drive driving me crazy. Can Chris Priestly or someone else in the know give me more info on this Japanese release issue? I realize the Japanese have zero market for PC games, but there are no content restriction issues, and if there are no plans for  a Japanese release, then there are no distributor contract issues either. I certainly have no need for Japanese localization, either, as I don't speak the language much.

I would really much rather have the DDE version of the game, and would prefer to avoid the hassle of having to get my family to buy the physical disc and send it to me, a process which is both time-consuming and quite expensive (shipping). Can you please throw me a bone here?
