PATTERNS
Face Paint 1 (Camoflague; changes colors of Quarian visors)
Face Paint 2 (Runes 1; changes colors of Quarian visors)
Face Paint 3 (Runes 2; changes colors of Quarian visors)
Face Paint 4 (Runes 1; changes colors of Quarian visors)
Face Paint 5 (Stripes 2; changes colors of Quarian visors)
Mercenary 1 (Blood Dragon Pattern)
Mercenary 2 (Blood Pack Pattern)
Mercenary 3 (Blue Suns Pattern)
Mercenary 4 (Eclipse Pattern)
Mercenary 5 (Shadow Broker Pattern)
Spectre (Spectre Pattern)

If a future DLC included more patterns for every character, would you approve of these patterns?

I will always be for more customisations options, but personally, I doubt I would pay for it.

Pack Tech Armored : Gain the possibility to change the color of the omnitool and Tech Armor.
Pack Turian facepaints : Because... How the hell did they not implement that?

I... would love it. I would also love a DLC that you can actually SEE the different skin tones on the different races. Like remember some of those Turians in the Refugee Camp on the Citadel? Those guys had great skin tones. Why can't we use those patterns with our own colors? That would be great.
But no, we get to change the tone of color from 093848 to 093847. I just find it worthless...

Indeed, the skin tones are useless for now, as well as the Quarian visors. I would love to have a red visor, but nope.
More facial customisation would be appreciable, like scars, scales etc etc.

I would like an appearance option that makes all humans look like Hanar.

Maybe then I would actually use them. >_>

Honestly, this has been asked for so many times, I wonder if BioWare's will ever consider it.

My wallet is begging for ankle bracelets for my Quarian!. She will look purty... :]

I do think there should be more patterns. The current ones are pretty awful on some classes, and the camouflage one is sort of the same for everyone.

I could see Turian Face Paints being implemented the same way Asari gain facial markings with the various patterns and the pattern lists themselves can fairly easily be expanded on. I want skin colors for the Geth (affecting the synthetic muscle)

Numeric camouflage, just like the one on the battlefield 3 soldier.
I would really like that.

This one humbly reminds you, human, that you do not have to purchase or use said customization. Only those who worship the Enkindlers and wish to have Their Truth expressed in constantly lagging/disconnecting form on an HDTV need do so.=]

I'd be down for some gun reskins
eg instead of a Mantis, you have "human single shot sniper rifle", "quarian single shot sniper rifle", etc all behave the same but look pretty different.

I'm game for these ideas. Maybe throw in some of the costumes from ME2 and 3 to some of those classes?

I'd love more patterns, especially the SP Alliance Marine armor. Mmm.

Some helmets for the different races would be nice.

Like the one for the salarian, which Mordin used a variation of, or the helmet that krogan tank-born in ME2 wore.

The turian helmet is pretty snazzy too.

You know, they could possibly be referring to the tank-born that you talk to near the very beginning of Grunt's recruitment mission.

He's talking about the unnamed one you can speak to on Korlus. I think.

I wouldn't mind character cards again if they actually unlocked something. I only hate them 'cause they literally do nothing for you if you've maxed out customizations and XP... and really even the XP isn't worth a gold slot.
