It took me 3 weeks of playing the Mass Effect 3 singleplayer to carefully find every problem or small problem I can and it was not a very enjoyable run for me, it scares me how broken this game is and it's clearly untested that or it wasn't tested well.  If you ran into any of the problems on this list feel free to express it but be sure to type what number on the list is the issue you had.



#1- In the Captain's Quarters, when staring at the fish tank long enough the fish eventually start twitching alot and phase through the glass, swimming in mid-air outside of the tank.

#2- During Priority: Citadel II, at the final cutscene where Shepard meets up with Kaidan or Ashley protecting Udina and the Council, after Udina dies and Commander Bailey shows up there is a bug in which at certain camera angles Kaidan or Ashley disappear from the cutscene, this can happen with the squadmates and Shepard as well when he/she is talking.

#3- After Priority: Citadel II, in the Presidium Commons there are some NPC's that can go through you and you can go through them.

#4- At the Citadel, in the Presidium Commons there are a few volus NPC's that appear smaller than normal volus but upon closer inspection they have their arms and head half sunken inside their own bodies.

#5- Early on in the game after getting Dr. Chakwas back on the Normandy, go and speak with her, she will pull up her omni-tool on her left arm telling you that she wants to scan Shepard's implants, eventually while she does this her arm goes higher than normal and her arm goes through her head for a second.

#6- Later in the game when speaking with Dr. Chakwas, she will tell you to go to the Citadel and speak with a turian named Tactus, this activates the Citadel: Medical Supplies quest, after the completion of this quest go back to Dr. Chakwas and speak with her about the outcome of the quest, when she eventually crosses her arms her right arm will go through her torso.

#7- After Priority: Citadel II, there is an asari looking at her omni-tool standing next to a bench, she is located at the embassies and listening to her will activate the Citadel: Reaper Code Fragments quest, there is a bug where you can nudge against her in her front and get over her and fall down the big hole in the embassies, when you land a wall behind you isn't solid and you can go through it, doing this will cause you to fall through the map.  Be sure to save before doing this because while you are falling through the map you can load the save before a black screen happens, if the black screen happens the xbox freezes forcing you to restart the xbox.

#8- Anytime in the game when on a mission, if you have a pistol holstered to the hip with a Pistol High Caliber Barrel equipped to it, the barrel will be seen off the pistol floating in front of where it should be, this can be seen when your running during a mission.

#9- Achievement Progress bars for the following achievements reset randomly even if you have the achievement:
-Lost and Found
-Combined Arms
-Focused
-Recruit
-Soldier
-Veteran
-Bruiser
-Overload Specialist
-Sky High
-Pyromaniac
-Mail Slot
-Tour of Duty
-Always Prepared
-Tourist
-Explorer
-Gunsmith
-Almost There
-Peak Condition
-Unwavering
-Striker

#10- If you have the From Ashes DLC and have both the "Freedom Fighter" and "Prothean Expert" achievements or just have one of those achievements, the Accomplishments list within the Extras section of the main menu will sometimes say you don't have either of those achievements even if you have them and the game recognizes the DLC.

#11- Anytime in the game from both gameplay and cutscenes if Shepard has a Pistol out then Shepard's left hand will be seen going through his/her right hand.

#12- During the mission Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery, if Shepard has a pistol out during a cutscene and puts the weapon away, he/she will put it away on the back during the cutscene as if it were an assault rifle, the same happens when a sniper rifle, SMG or shotgun is out during the cutscene and goes to the back on the assault rifle side of the back.  This most likely will happen in all cutscenes where Shepard can be seen putting a gun away.

#13- During the mission Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery, in the final battle against 2 Banshees and 4 Husks, if you kill 1 Banshee and all 4 Husks the 2nd Banshee will become invisible as if the body isn't there, if the Banshee performs a Biotic Charge then it becomes visible again, the rarity of this bug is high but it can happen.

#14- After the mission Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery, Shepard will speak to the Asari Councilor at the vid comm, this line of Dialogue from "That's why I set off the bomb, there are no ardat-yakshi left." Shepard only says "That's why I set off the bomb" but the remaining part of that line of dialogue isn't spoken by Shepard, even the mouth doesn't move to the words, it is unknown if this happens with Male Shepard but it happens with Female Shepard.

#15- When using the armor locker in the Captain's Quarters or down in the Shuttle Bay, when customizing armor the "Lights" section has a problem with the color black, when you highlight the color black and then highlight a different color it will stay at black, this only happens to the Helmet portion of armor and it's most recognizable with Recon Hood equipped, this can be fixed by selecting a different color and switch back and forth on helmet choice.  Not a critical bug but it's an annoying one.  Just like bug #1.

#16- When you are starting the mission Priority: Geth Dreadnought, during the conversation in the airlock when taking Tali and EDI, if EDI talks about a warning forcing Shepard to go alone in order to get Tali and EDI in a different way, EDI will be speaking in the third person rather than speak from Dr. Eva Core's Body.  I have no idea if this really is a bug or if it's intentional but I threw it in here just in case.  This also happens when you take Tali and EDI with you on the mission Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons.

#17- After the mission Rannoch: Admiral Koris, talking to Tali and then saying talk to you later will cause Tali to move oddly weird and incorrectly, it's hard to explain you will just have to play to see for yourself, the same happens to Legion where he will type to his right rather than on the console he is on but only for a second does this happen.  Again play it to find out, I wish I had a video to show it.

#18- After the mission Rannoch: Admiral Koris or Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons, when going to the main battery of the Normandy where Garrus is located, you will overhear Garrus speaking with his Dad, after communication ends the following line of dialogue from Garrus is "Spirits...if you really do exist..." Garrus doesn't say "if you really do exist".

#19- After Priority: Rannoch, when talking to the Asari Councilor in order to activate the mission Priority: Thessia, after the part where the asari councilor says "For all our intellect, we're outmatched by Reaper firepower."  Both Shepard and the asari councilor will skip back for some reason, I found a video on youtube to confirm this here:
Note that the line of dialogue is from Councilor Tevos who is the asari councilor from ME1 but this happens with the other asari councilor even with different dialogue.  This happens at 2:10 on the video.

#20- For some reason everytime I press start and access the Journal, the mission summary makes me start at Citadel: Improved Power Grid, a completed mission, I don't know why but I find it annoying to open the journal and start in the middle of the list where completed missions are instead of the top of the list, I hate having to scroll all the way up every single time just to look at current missions.  This isn't a problem with Codex or Codex (Secondary).

#21- After Priority: Thessia, after talking to Garrus about his family being safe, press A on garrus afterwards to hear him talk about Thessia being lost and the Illusive Man, part of his dialogue will cut off by audio.

#22- After Priority: Horizon, when talking to Admiral Hackett at the Vid Comm, Shepard will glitch for a second after Shepard says "Agreed" before continuing in dialogue.

#23- After Priority: Horizon, when talking to a drunk Tali, she will say at the end "Nice job, you genetically perfect Cerberus cheerleader bosh'tet, Keelah se'lai."  However there is an error in the subtitles where Keelah se'lai is spelled incorrectly to Keehal se'lai.

#24- During the whole game I notice something weird about my custom imported Femshep, for some reason she will sometimes have her lips stretch forward as if she is trying to make duck faces, she also sometimes looks up too far whenever she looks up making her iris and pupils go underneath her upper eye lids.

#25- During Priority: Earth, when Steve Cortez's shuttle gets hit, the line "Steve!" isn't heard from FemShep.

#26- During Priority: Earth, after the final speech Commander Shepard makes, you can see Turian, Krogan and Alliance soldiers firing guns, however you can't hear the guns.

#27- During Priority: Earth, when you launch the second set of missles on the Reaper Destroyer, Shepard will have his/her omni-tool go through his/her face when saying "Give it everything we got".

#28- During Priority: Earth, Shepard will disappear for a second when she says "I can't think of anyone else I'd do this with."

#29- During Priority: Earth, When choosing the "Destroy" option in the ending, the scene where Alliance soldiers are still fighting starts in Negative colors.

#30- Early on after Priority: Mars, my custom imported FemShep has all powers reset automatically once on the Citadel.

#31- During Priority: Citadel I, before meeting with the council I went to Commander Bailey's office where Khalisah al-Jilani is speaking with bailey, after she leaves her camera is next to bailey's desk while I'm in a conversation with bailey, after the conversation is over the camera disappears and reappears next to Ms. al-Jilani.

#32- Sometimes during cutscenes the assault rifle you have eqipped is always replaced with the M-8 Avenger.

#33- After Priority: Palaven, when you go to the Citadel at the Purgatory Bar, everytime I press A on James Vega the camera will zoom in or out randomly.

#34- After Priority: Palaven, when at the Citadel in Huerta Memorial Hospital, there is a salarian you can listen to in order to activate the mission Ismar Frontier: Prototype Components, left to that salarian you can see a human doctor standing inside a desk.

#35- After Priority: Palaven, during the mission Citadel: Hanar Diplomat sometimes audio of dialogue gets cut off between Shepard and Salarian Spectre Jondum Bau, and also between Shepard and Kasumi Goto, note that I have run across this problem randomly anytime through a single playthrough so it can happen on all lines of dialogue and not just specific ones.

#36- After Attican Traverse: The Rachni, when talking to Liara romanced in ME1 and loyal to her in ME2, after Liara says's "Flatterer" and Shepard says "I try" Liara glitches at her terminal.

#37- When exiting the game and going to the Xbox 360 Dashboard and then go back into Mass Effect 3, a message will pop up telling me that a sign-in change has occured and I have to press A to restart, even though I never signed off on my gamertag, I noticed this happens to me in Mass Effect 2 as well.

#38- When starting Priority: Tuchanka, in the comm room when talking to the Dalatrass about the Shroud Facility, Shepard will sometimes glitch for a second and a couple times Shepard will look to the far right as if the dalatrass is to the far right instead of right in front of him/her.

#39- During Priority: Tuchanka, I first started out fighting husks until Wrex showed up but as soon as he did when I killed all husks, the game skipped on it's own to the scene where all of the Tomkahs start moving with the music playing.

#40- When inviting Liara up to your cabin for your entry in her project, I have a custom import FemShep with purple hair, at one point the purple hair flashes really fast between purple and light purple like a seizure warning.  Also Liara will sometimes glitch.

#41- After Priority: Citadel II, when visiting Thane at Huerta Memorial Hospital, Shepard and Kolyat will read from a prayer book, if you play as FemShep in the line of dialogue from Femshep, "Kolyat, why did the the last verse say 'she?" there is a typo in the subtitles where the second "the" is not needed nor spoken.

#42- After Priority: Citadel II, when I'm in the Presidium Commons I go to Apollo's Cafe and nudging against the bar will cause character bumping.

#43- After Priority: Citadel II, During the mission Citadel: Wounded Batarian, when I unplug Ghorek's life support Shepard walks away in the cutscene and then appears standing still next to Ghorek before the cutscene ends.

#44- After Priority: Citadel: II, when I was in Docks: Holding Area, James was playing cards with batarians like normal, however James was gone for some reason yet when subtitles are on his dialogue is playing without the audio of the dialogue playing, once I finished the mission Citadel: Medi-Gel Sabotage he reappeared and dialogue became heard.

#45- After Priority: Citadel II, when going to the Normandy and confronting Ashley or Kaidan at Docking Bay D24 in a conversation, Ashley or Kaidan will glitch out of a camera angle and the back in.

#46- After Priority: Citadel II, when looking at the subtitles during the conversation between Shepard, Anderson and Hackett, this line "Your assassin.  I'll have Hackett send you my reports on him.  Short story: Be careful." is spoken by Anderson, however the part of this line not spoken is "Short story: Be careful." I don't know if Anderson is supposed to speak this part or not but regardless it's in the subtitles without him saying that part in his line of dialogue.

#47- Same as #44 during the mission Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery but instead of James it's Falere.  It happened to me when I first made it to the bomb.

#48- Throughout the game I notice texture loading issues on everything once in a while, even the planets on the galaxy map.

#49- After Priority: Eden Prime, when I'm done with the first cutscene dialogue with Javik aboard the Normandy I cannot access the map when clicking the right thumbstick, I can only access it when I leave engineering and enter another deck then re-enter the engineering deck.

#50- Sometime After Priority: Citadel II when Miranda is in an apartment in the Presidium Commons, when talking to her the wall next to her at a certain camera angle will disappear and reappear for a second.

Multiplayer DLC is more important than fixing your bugs."Bugs" we've dismissed that claim.Sorry you've had soo many problems.They(Bugs) are the reason I don't even try ME3 anymore.

DLC is important but fixing problems to increase game stability is more important.

I was being sarcastic.I have a hard time believing BW cares about the bugs the way they churn out the multiplayer DLC and have not fixed the patch bugs.

No problem,used quick reply no smileys.Heard new patch comes out tuesday.Looks to fix most multiplayer bugs,a lip sink bug on Xbox.Doesn't fix any SP or the messed up flags that BW said yes we know about them.

That's because the Sheps have different lines and FemShep yells "Cortez!" instead.


"Steve!" is shown as a line for both sheps but for me both "Steve!" and "Cortez!" were never spoken.

-When talking to Jacob through the hologram projector in Priority Earth, he ends the conversation by saying, "Yes, sir!" even if you have a FemShep.

-Before the Cerberus coup mission when you're on the Normandy as Joker is trying to contact the Citadel, his pupils turn all white as does Shep's. Also, their mouths arent moving while they're talking during this scene.

-When talking to Liara for the first time in her quarters on the crew deck, Shep turns his/her head to look at Glyph but never turns his/her head back to look at Liara during the conversation. So, Shep's head is looking to the side but not looking at Liara during the rest of the conversation.

-Once when Dr. Chakwas was talking to me about seeing Tactus, her back was turned to me during the whole conversation. Plus, her head was moving left and right for no reason.

1: In the mission with working with Kasumi and the salarian spectre guy the second terminal seems to be highlighted wrong. *Fixed: A couple of my characters seem to have it fixed*.

2: For a chakwas mission Chakwas asks you to get some supplies from a guy on the citadel. The issue I have is she is litteraly in the desk.

3: While cycleing through armor pieces the game would freeze while I continue exploreing the Normaday or want to explore the Citadel. Also I am unable to see the armor pieces.

4: I think this was mentioned in the main subject. On priority Thessia if I die at the first battle against the two Nemisis and Phantoms (Hardcore) the game crashes.

5: While Adams and the two tech hands ask me for a pice to help run the Normandy better everyones heads are pre programmed to look to the right for some random reason.

6: Similar to 5 except it's a conversation between Shepard and Hacket where Shepard is preprogrammed to look to the right as opposed to looking at the camera. Unsure when.

7: On priority Tuchanka for the Genophage cure there is a moment where after a key character walks past the camera theres a big moment of nothing going on for some random reason. Hard for me to say what is suppose to happen.

8: For some reason Kelly Chambers always has her back faceing you when you talk to her.

9: For a Citadel mission early on I have to give a salarian doctor some supplies. I give it and get a wierd camera angle then it cuts back to shepard and the slaraian guy saying "Thanks this will come in handy". Is there suppose to be a quick cinematic of Shepard giveing him the item?

10: Probably nothing super important but I feel on the priorty Hades Nexus (The quarin story) on the mission to sabatoge the geth base (first mission with Tali) several of the covers don't work properly.

11: Some side quest people on the Citadel don't seem to be marked on the Citadel map when I actually do have the required item.

I have noticed some issues with the multiplayer regarding the DLC as well:

1-The spawn in Firebase Giant seems to be really bad because the enemies get clogged in the ground. The only way to resolve it is to fire a missle at the ground or have armor pierceing ammo.

2: I have been noticeing many people posting about getting guns and not getting them back after pack purchase. I had it happen to me as well. I got the Gural spike thrower and Scorpion when the game was new (second, thrid week of playing after game launch) and they were removed from my list. I have recently gained them.

3: For some reason I wasn't getting any DLC guns or characters *Fixed. I had to click on auto sign on which caused the "Checking downloaded content" issue someone mentioned. I turned my router off, signed off XBOX LIVE, went into the game, turned auto sign on back on, dashboard, turn my router, sign back on to XBOX LIVE then that seemed to fix the issue*

4: The points for the Harpoon gun do not seem to register. The harpoon gun seems to miss alot as well. I can only get kills with it and have the points register at close range for some random reason.

5: As I mentioned in a post there seems to be (What I think is a cheat) a thing where peoples guns would constantly fire while running or reviveing fallen team-mates. I have been reporting this via XBOX LIVE because this seems to cause a buttload of glitches and bugs during gameplay like no gernade pickups, not able to fire gun, shotguns would constantly fire which can be fixed only by doing a heavy melee, and sudden moments of teleportation.

There is a glitch in the Mass Effect 3 single player in which the weapon mods I picked up during the Priority: Sur'kesh mission were not given to me after the mission when I looked at the weapon bench on the Normandy. I have seen another player with this problem on the link below.

Most of these are just you being nit picky.
A good few of those are NOT game-breaking, just minor things most people won't notice/care about.
So stop complaning.

Armadillo on the road.BUMP.When things are fixed correctly patchs working and the dark hole fixed,I might consider playing again.Not past Timmy.But when I don't need to worry about a new gammer tag,buying new dlc for all the games that have dlc.Right now these are killer bugs.

I don't see Bioware fixing these issues in the near future (~10 years). They just don't give a crаp..
