Kill a guardian pretty much no matter where you shoot them.
He prolly meant what can it do which can't be accomplished by the BW/Valiant when those are used properly.
Javelin is all fine and dandy, but it has neither the DPS and shield gate bypass of Kishock nor the 3 headshot capacity of valiant/bw.

Can you strip a Centurian's, Geth Pyro's, Hunter's, or Phantom's shield or barrier in one application of Energy Drain on Gold?
I only seem to be able to do so if I spec only for damage and use the highest power booster mod.

ED pierces shield gate, and unless you headshot you won't fully deplete the shields in the first bullet.
and yes to the centurion, you don't need power amp to do that.
phantoms, i don't think you can 1 shot ED their shields even with power amp 3.
but im not sure on that one.

same goes for if you use AP ammo without an AP mod, or with any other guns with natural piercing.

Oh, and here I thought we were talking about a generalized sniper, not a specific one. I suppose Human, Geth, and Quarians can't be real snipers. Pity.
The Geth Infiltrator can 2 shot Primes....

I'm not talking about piercing an object.
There's a ravager. I have a Widow with the AP Mod and the Widow without the AP Mod. The one with the AP Mod will do more damage, right?

Since time i opened BW I i forgot about my Widow X forever. Widow is good for players who mostly shot in body, so while using Salarian infinator (for example) they going to enjoy it. Its really cool for heavy enemies aswell, but still only one shot and you havent point to mistaken this shot if you want to be alive in critical situation
