Wow, even I didn't think you were that stupid. I guess you showed me.

To anyone asking for nerfs, why not just balance the class out yourself? Why not skip TacCloak on GI, for example?

I say this because any skilled player can have fun with any class. However less skilled players are more limited. I think buffs/fixes to poor classes such as QE and KS would be far more valuable than a nerf to GI for the sake of variety.

If all your looking for is a challenge, I don't doubt there a plenty of challenging builds for every class.

Is anyone asking for nerfs? I don't think so; I hope not. It seems to me that the question is whether or not the PvE in the game is balanced enough or whether the disparity between classes really weakens the game. I may be in the minority, but I don't think the differences between the classes are such that it stops the game from being fun.

Of course it does not stop the game from being fun. The only thing that can stop it is the player himself/herself. It just so happens that some people do not see the big picture (i.e. big majority of people can not even handle gold, regardless of class), and they want to enforce their own vision of how the game should look like. It's beyond ridiculous and only shows their lack of any experience in game design.

Well I look at it this way Human Adept who can't really set own Biotic Explosions or Asari Adept who can solo biotic explosions? Yea Human Adept seems useless in that. Some races of the same class become obsolete with other races of the same class later. Some charachters are meant to fill certain roles while others seem to try and hybrid them. Depending on team mixture and player skill amongst the team some class/race combos are obsolete due to the fact they can't fit in with the rest of the team.

As if that wasn't enough, you ended your post with an attempt to imply I'm bad at this game, and yet you expect me take seriously the content between that crap? That's hilarious. There are a lot of people who dislike me here, Wesus for example probably doesn't much care for me. Yet he has never once tried to imply I'm bad at the game. He attacks the content of my post, like an intelligent adult. He doesn't make blind assumptions about my skill.

Yea, they sure do.

SI was the best class in the demo. Since then, it only got better as ED and PM were both buffed.

Sorry,but what? Human adept can set and detonate his own explosions easy as hell. He is also the only adept who can set off multiple explosions(with shockwave) and his explosions are also the most powerful(warp plus shockwave give you the biggest BE multiplier in the game).

that's true, and it's distrubing....and i'm not just talking about bw, but the majority of game devs/companies....they always tend to listen to the vocal minority who complain about this or that just to complain, and mess the game up for the majority that's enjoying the game....prime example: killzone 2....when the game 1st came out, the different weighted feel of the weapons and how you had to adjust to them was great.....but because of this, the vocal minority complained it wasnt like other shooters where all the guns feel and preformed the same, so gg changed it...which messed the game up for the rest, and caused many to stop playing....you know, it tends to happen in other aspects of life, not just gaming....

the conclusion i've come to is that the majority that's enjoying needs to be more vocal....people need to hear more that their work, something is good the way it is and is appreciated

On the other hand, they also buffed human soldier into a very versatile and effective class.

EDIT: Whateverman7, I agree and have been trying to communicate the degree to which I find the mp balanced well enough and a lot of fun.

You're not really helping your case by continuing to act pretentious yourself. Food for thought.

On topic: The fact that BW hasn't been nerfing lately, only buffing, is kind of a good sign. You don't really want perfect balance (ie: no reason to pick one character over another), but some characters wouldn't mind a boost to their viability
